Giveaway Period Begins **Tuesday, September 1, 2026 and ends Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 at 3:00 AM ET ("Giveaway Period").** Carts built outside this window are not eligible. ## 3\. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Goldbelly, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. ## 4\. How to Enter * You must have a Goldbelly.com account and be **logged in** while building your cart. Goldbelly cannot identify or contact customers who are not logged in or who have not provided an email address associated with their account, and such customers will not be eligible to win. * Add the items you want to your Goldbelly.com cart at any point during the Giveaway Period. * Your cart must contain at least one (1) item **at the time winners are selected** (Wednesday, September 2, 2026 evening). If you remove all items from your cart before winners are selected, your cart will not be considered, even if it contained items earlier in the Giveaway Period. * Limit one (1) entry (cart) per person/account. Building multiple carts does not increase your chances of winning. ## 5\. Winner Selection Five (5) winners will be selected from eligible carts on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ## 6\. Notification Winners will be contacted directly by Goldbelly's Customer Experience team beginning at approximately 10:00 AM ET on Thursday, September 3, 2026, using the email address or phone number on file with their account. **If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours using the contact information on file, Goldbelly reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternate winner.** ## 7\. Prize **The winner's eligible cart contents will be covered by Goldbelly up to a maximum value of $1,000, including shipping and fees.** Items or merchants excluded from Goldbelly's Sitewide Sale (see [Sitewide Sale Terms](https://help.goldbelly.com/en_us/sitewide-sale-september-3-7-2026-rkukfffszl)) are also excluded from this prize. If a winning cart's total value exceeds $1,000, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Goldbelly reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ## 8\. Non-Winners Customers who build a cart during the Giveaway Period but are not selected as a winner may still use promo code BITEWIDE26 for 20% off qualifying items when the  Sale begins on Thursday, September 3, 2026, subject to the [Sitewide Sale Terms](https://help.goldbelly.com/en_us/sitewide-sale-september-3-7-2026-rkukfffszl). General Conditions Goldbelly reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failure. Goldbelly reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. ## 10\. Publicity / Data Use By participating, entrants agree that Goldbelly may use their account information to contact them regarding this giveaway.  ## 11\. Limitation of Liability Goldbelly is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or any injury or damage related to participation in this giveaway.
