(“Goldbelly,” “Sponsor”). #### **2\. Sweepstakes Period** Begins **\[Thursday, October 29, 2026\]** and ends \[Monday, November 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET\] (“Sweepstakes Period”). Eligibility** Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia **\[and Canada, excluding Quebec**\] who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, automated means, or any method other than the entry form will be disqualified. Subscribing to Goldbelly emails more than once does not increase your chances of winning.** #### **5\. Winner Selection** **\[One (1)\] winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.** #### **6\. Notification** The winner will be contacted by Goldbelly’s Customer Experience team on or about Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at the email address submitted with their entry. If the winner does not respond within \[24 hours\] of the notification, Goldbelly reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. The winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide a shipping address \[and a completed W-9\] before the prize is awarded. #### **7\. Prize** **\[One (1)\]** winner will receive a Thanksgiving feast of Goldbelly’s choosing from Goldbelly.com, with Goldbelly covering the cost up to a maximum value of $1,000, including shipping, taxes, and fees (Approximate Retail Value: $1,000).  To receive the prize in time for Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26, 2026), the winner must confirm their winnings by a date specified by Goldbelly upon winning. Delivery dates are subject to each merchant’s production schedule, shipping cutoffs, and product availability, and Goldbelly cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Goldbelly reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. #### **8\. General Conditions** Goldbelly reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failure, fraud, or any other cause beyond Goldbelly’s control. Goldbelly reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. #### **9\. Email Communications and Data Use** By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Goldbelly and agree that Goldbelly may use the email address provided to contact them regarding this sweepstakes.
