It's always best to place your order in advance! At Goldbelly, we work with shops of varying size and capabilities. We like to notify our partners of your order as early as possible so their production team can plan accordingly.
In general, we ask for at least one week's notice for orders of 20 or more packages to ensure that the participating partner shop(s) are able to fulfill your request. For orders of 50 or more packages, we kindly ask that you contact our corporate gifts team at least two weeks in advance of your ship date. Order processing begins once a targeted ship date is agreed upon by the customer, Goldbelly and our partner shop(s), and payment is received.
If your order requires special customization, it's best to inquire with us at least one month in advance of your ship date.
