Our food makers can make changes to their product offerings due to seasonality or other operational reasons. On occasion, the item that selected for a gift recipient may no longer be available when it is redeemed.
Additionally, we recognize that taste preferences and dietary restrictions are personal. Therefore, through Goldbelly's Send As E-Gift feature, gift recipients will have the option to Exchange the E-Gift for a Goldbelly credit! Here's how a gift recipient can receive credit to select another item on Goldbelly.com:
1. Click on the "Redeem Your Gift!" button within the gift notification email received.
2. Log into your Goldbelly account, or create a new account. Then, click on the text, "Exchange for Credit" on the landing page.
3. Review the exchange details and click, "Exchange for Credit"
4. The credit exchange is complete! Click the "Shop Now" button to go back to Goldbelly.com, add something tasty to your cart, and check out! Your credits will automatically apply at checkout to the item(s) you select.
