Goldbelly items are either handcrafted or produced in limited quantities, shipping directly from our partner shops. We highly recommend ordering your items in advance, especially during times of high demand like the holidays.
At Goldbelly, we work with shops of varying size and capabilities. We notify our partners of your order as early as possible so their production team can plan accordingly. During high order surges like the holidays, it becomes increasingly difficult for our shops to accommodate last minute orders.
We ask for:
- 1+ week's notice for orders of 16 or more packages
- 2+ week's notice for orders of 50 or more packages
- Due to the holiday order surge, we are no longer accepting orders with special customization requests.
We will do our very best to accommodate your request, regardless of your timeline. However, due to production and inventory restrictions, we are unable to guarantee that an order can be fulfilled in less time than stated above. In some cases, the next available delivery date may incur expedited shipping fees.
Order processing begins once a targeted ship date is agreed upon by the customer, Goldbelly and our partner shop(s), and payment is received.
