HIGH VOLUME: Please note that due to the severe weather, our Customer Experience team is currently experiencing high volumes, resulting in a longer response time. Our team is working as quickly as possible to respond to your message. We understand the urgency of your request, and your message is important to us. We kindly ask that you contact our team once regarding your issue, as we are receiving many inquiries and this will help us get back to you sooner. Thank you for your patience.
ALERT: Winter Storm and Winter Advisories were in effect across 40 states from Thursday, 2/11 through Monday, 2/22. Severe weather, freezing temperatures and power outages across the country created hazardous conditions for UPS and FedEx on the ground and via air.
Midwest Region: Texas has been severely impacted by winter weather, continued power outages and a shortage of supplies. Freezing temperatures and icy conditions continue to cause operational slowdowns at main carrier hubs in Dallas, TX (UPS), Louisville, KY (UPS) and Memphis, TN (FedEx). Although your location may not be affected by current weather conditions, the movement of your package through one of these or other hubs throughout the region could be impacted.
Due to weather delays, many of our food makers will ship orders 1-3 days later than planned to ensure the safety of their team during these storm systems and minimize the possibility of any transit delays. You can check the real-time status of your order HERE. Please note: this delivery date may change based on transit conditions over the next 48-72 hours.
While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control, like inclement weather. Please be reminded that Goldbelly is not responsible for delays in transit caused by weather.
If for any reason your order arrives in an unsafe condition to enjoy once delivered, please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the product as soon as the delivery is opened. We will provide you with a resolution that best fits your needs.
