How the program works:
To participate, refer friends, family and colleagues to Goldbelly by sharing your personal referral link with them or sending a direct invite to their email. You have the opportunity to do that in various placements across the site (www.goldbelly.com): after you have made a purchase (on the order success page or through a link in the order confirmation email).
Each New User (i.e. a user that has never made a purchase at goldbelly.com or a Goldbelly retail store before and does not have an account at goldbelly.com) that clicks on your personal referral link will need to make a first purchase of $50 or more for you to receive credit. The offer is not valid with gift cards or subscription products. Shops excluded from the promotion are: Callie's Charleston Biscuits, Épicerie Boulud, Gourmet Attitude, Keys Fisheries, Ladurée, Lady M, Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, Pearson Farm (fresh peach packages), Peter Luger Steakhouse, Russ & Daughters, Ted Drewes, The Peach Truck (fresh peach packages) and Wunsch Family Farm, and Seabear Smokehouse.
For every 2 qualified purchase you will receive a $50 (“referral reward”) that will be placed as loyalty credit in your account. A qualified referral purchase is defined as a purchase of $50 or more (excluding shipping), made at goldbelly.com, by an individual who has not previously made a purchase at goldbelly.com and was not registered for an account prior to the referral. Credit will be awarded after the order has shipped. You will need an account in order to redeem your referral reward. You can refer as many new users as you want. You cannot receive reward credits by using your own referral code, the purchaser email address must be truly a new customer.
Goldbelly referral credits expire 3 months from the award date. There are a small number of products that referral credits cannot be used to purchase. Goldbelly credits are not available for purchase and may not be gifted, transferred, sold or assigned for use by another user.
We reserve the right to cancel any referral rewards that our system identifies as been generated through abuse of the program, including but not limited to, posting on message boards or other online forums, repeat users, and fake email/customer accounts. If the referred new customer returns any of the items purchased causing the total value of their order to drop below $50 we reserve the right to cancel your referral reward.
