When utilizing Goldbelly's Send As E-Gift feature, standard shipping fees and taxes may apply. Goldbelly E-Gifts are can be cancelled only if the email has not yet been sent to the gift recipient. Once the e-gift notification has been delivered via email, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. In the event that the recipient information provided was incorrect due to error when entering it at checkout, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance and team member will modify the details and ensure your recipient receives their gift.
The recipient of a "Send As E-Gift" product will be notified via email at the date and time selected at checkout by the purchaser. Within the gift notification email, a gift recipient can click to redeem the product selected by the purchaser and schedule the delivery. A recipient can only redeem through the email at this time. If they are unable to locate the email notification, the purchaser can re-send the email to their recipient through their Goldbelly account under "My Orders, or contact our Customer Care team for help.
If shipping fees or tax exceeds the amount paid at the time of purchase, the balance must be paid by credit card or other available payment method, in accordance with Goldbelly standard payment policies. Please note that deliveries made to Hawaii and Alaska will incur shipping fees.
Gift recipients have an unlimited amount of time to redeem their gift as there is no expiration. E-Gifts are not currency, and do not have cash value outside of Goldbelly. Goldbelly is not responsible for any unauthorized use of an E-Gift.
Modifications and Product Availability
Our food makers can make changes to their product offerings due to seasonality or other operational reasons. On occasion, the item that selected for a gift recipient may no longer be available when they click on the link to redeem it. Should this occur, the recipient can opt to Exchange For Credits directly on their redemption landing page.
In the event that the recipient is unable to enjoy the gifted product due to dietary restrictions or preferences, the recipient can opt to Exchange For Credits directly on their redemption landing page and select a product that better fits their taste buds.
