Any change to your order total will affect your Klarna payment schedule. Here's how it works, depending on the type of refund:
A Full Refund will cancel any remaining payments and the amount that the customer has already paid will be refunded back to the original payment method.
If the Partial Refund is greater than the remaining balance of your order, the refund amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance and the difference will be credited to the original payment method.
If the Partial Refund is less than the remaining balance of your order, the amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance and spread evenly across the remaining payments. You can view any updates to your payment plan under My Klarna.
For additional help, reach out to Klarna's customer service team through the Klarna app or at klarna.com.
Will I still get charged by Klarna if my order gets cancelled?
Once you've confirmed your cancellation with our Customer Experience Team, Klarna will update your payment plan accordingly. You can check the status of your payments anytime in the Klarna app or at klarna.com.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process depending on your financial institution. If it's been more than 14 days and your refund still hasn't appeared, please contact Klarna's customer service team through the Klarna app or at klarna.com.
