Many areas throughout the country are experiencing ongoing inclement weather. Weather and freezing temperatures could create hazardous conditions and slowdowns for UPS and FedEx on the ground and via air. Although your location may not be affected by current weather conditions, the movement of your package through one of these or other hubs throughout the region could be impacted.
Due to these possible weather delays, most orders in affected areas scheduled for delivery this week may be adjusted to minimize the possibility of any transit delays.
You can check the real-time status of your order HERE. Please note: this delivery date may change based on transit conditions over the next 48-72 hours.
While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control, like inclement weather. Please note that Goldbelly is not responsible for delays in transit caused by weather.
If for any reason your order arrives in an unsafe condition to enjoy once delivered, please reach out to our support team at support@goldbelly.com with photos of the product as soon as the delivery is opened. We will provide you with a resolution that best fits your needs.
