Checking the status of your e-gift order is easy!
Simply log in to your Goldbelly account and go to 'My Orders.' You'll see the status of your E-Gifts displayed in the dark blue box—this shows when the email was sent to your recipient and if their gift has been redeemed
If you wish to resend the email to your recipient, navigate to the recipient details and click "Re-Send Email". Once the email has processed (can take up to 30 minutes), the status will update to "Email Re-Sent".
