Checking the status of your e-gift order is easy!
Just log into your Goldbelly Account and navigate to "My Orders". E-Gifts statuses will reflect in the dark blue box here so you can see when the email has sent to your recipient's inbox, and when your recipient has redeemed their gift!
If you wish to resend the email to your recipient, navigate to the recipient details and click "Re-Send Email". Once the email has processed (can take up to 30 minutes), the status will update to "Email Re-Sent".
