TLDR: Purchasers can cancel before the gift email sends. Find the option in "My Orders." Once it's been sent, cancellation isn't available, but recipients can exchange an unredeemed gift for Goldbelly credit. If already redeemed, you may still be able to cancel before it ships.
If you are the purchaser: You can cancel an e-gift as long as the email notification hasn't been sent to your recipient yet. Head to your "My Orders" page on Goldbelly.com and look for the dropdown arrow next to your order number — you'll see your cancel option. Once the email has been delivered to your recipient, the dropdown will no longer appear and the gift can't be cancelled.
If you are the recipient and haven't redeemed yet: You can exchange the gift for Goldbelly credit and put it toward something else on the site.

If you're the recipient and have already redeemed: It may still be possible to cancel your order before it ships. Learn more about order cancellations and modifications here. If your order qualifies, any reimbursement will come in the form of Goldbelly credit to your account.
