TL:DR
Log in to My Orders to see your E-Gift status, including when the email was sent and whether it's been redeemed. Need to resend it? Head to recipient details and click Re-Send Email (allow up to 30 minutes to process).
Checking the status of your emailed gift order is easy!
Just log in to your Goldbelly account and head to My Orders. There, you'll find a dark blue box with your E-Gift status — including when the email was sent to your recipient and whether they've redeemed it yet.
Need to resend the email? Simply navigate to the recipient details and click "Re-Send Email". It can take up to 30 minutes to process, and once it does, the status will update to "Email Re-Sent"
