If the "Ships On" date for your order (included in your confirmation email) is 3 or more days away and the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, here are the steps to modify your order via your Goldbelly account:
- To cancel your order, log into your Goldbelly account and follow these instructions.
- To update your gift message, log into your Goldbelly account and follow these instructions.
- To update your delivery date, log into your Goldbelly account and follow these instructions.
If the “Ships On” date for your order (included in your confirmation email) is 3 or less days away, your order has likely already entered production and cannot be modified. If you are unable to modify your order directly on your Goldbelly account, it is because your order has already entered production.
