TLDR: As long as your "Ships On" date is more than 3 days out, log in and head to My Orders to find your order, then select "Edit Order" → "Edit Delivery Date" to make the change.
Great food is worth planning around — and we want your order to arrive exactly when you need it.
If your "Ships On" date is more than 3 days away, you can update your delivery date directly from your Goldbelly account. If it's 3 days away or less, your order has most likely already entered production with the restaurant — at that point, production is set and changes aren't possible.
Here's how to make the update:
1. Log in to your Goldbelly account. If you don't have one yet, your order confirmation email has a button to get you set up quickly.
2. Find your order. Click "My Orders" or "Manage Order" in your confirmation email. You may also navigate to the My Orders page on Goldbelly (click your name in the top right or the menu button in the app).
3. Select "Edit Order," then "Edit Delivery Date." No edit button? Your order has entered production and the date is locked in. Learn more about what can be modified here.
4. Choose your new date. Pick from the available dates in the calendar and hit "Update Delivery Date." If a date appears grayed out, it's sold out for that day. Learn more about date availability here.
5. Done. No new confirmation email will be sent, but your updated date will be visible in your account whenever you need to check.
