TL;DR: For the best availability, place corporate orders as early as possible. We recommend at least 2 weeks’ notice for 20+ packages and 3 weeks’ notice for 50+ packages, with extra delivery cushion around major gifting holidays.
Goldbelly items are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities and ship directly from our partner shops. To help ensure the best selection and availability, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible—especially during busy gifting seasons and holidays.
Because we work with shops of all sizes, we share order details with our partners as early as possible, so they can plan production accordingly. During periods of high demand, accommodating large orders on short notice becomes more challenging. We recommend the following lead times:
- 2+ weeks' notice for orders of 15 or more packages
- 3+ weeks' notice for orders of 50 or more packages

Order processing begins once a target ship date is agreed upon by the customer, Goldbelly, and our partner shop(s), and payment has been received.
