To check your gift card balance manually, follow these steps below:

Input the Gift Card Code and the Email Address or Phone Number into the fields.
A quick note on which email to use:
E-Gift Card: Use either the purchaser's or recipient's email address
Physical Gift Card: Use the purchaser's email address only
3. If you have a Physical Gift Card, the email address must be the Purchaser. A physical Gift Card looks like this:
4. Then click, "View Gift Card Balance".
