Customization
Our monthly subscriptions aren't customizable based on dietary restrictions, allergies, or flavor preferences. They're designed to take you on a culinary journey by introducing you to a wide range of tastes and new food experiences.
We're not able to accommodate specific preferences at this time, though we're working toward offering more flexibility down the road. You can learn more about subscriptions here.
Modifying or Skipping a Subscription
Once you receive your monthly subscription notification email, you can make the following changes:
- Skip the current month — an additional month will be added to your term
- Update your shipping address
- Change your estimated delivery date (subject to the merchant's shipping schedule)

12 months of a Goldbelly Subscription
By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for one full year of service. You may only cancel your Annual Subscription during the first month of the subscription. To cancel your subscription, email us at subscriptions@goldbelly.com. Goldbelly may submit periodic charges (e.g., yearly) without further authorization from you until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Goldbelly can act. If a subscription product arrives damaged due to weather or other issues that occur during shipping, we will replace the order on the next available ship date at no charge.
6 months of a Goldbelly Subscription
By purchasing 6 months, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for 6 months of service. You may only cancel your 6-month subscription during the first two months of the subscription. To cancel your subscription, you can call or email us at subscriptions@goldbelly.com. Goldbelly may submit periodic charges (e.g., yearly) without further authorization from you until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Goldbelly reasonably could act. 3 months of a Goldbelly Subscription
By purchasing 3 months, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for 3 months of service. You may only cancel your 3-month subscription during the first month of the subscription. To cancel your subscription, you can call or email us at subscriptions@goldbelly.com. Goldbelly may submit periodic charges (e.g., yearly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Goldbelly month-to-month Subscription
By purchasing a Best of Goldbelly month-to-month Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring monthly payment feature and accept responsibility for all recurring charges before cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, you can email subscriptions@goldbelly.com and we will cancel your renewal for you. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. Goldbelly may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Goldbelly reasonably could act.
If a subscription product arrives damaged due to weather or other issues that may occur during shipping, we will re-ship a replacement order at the next available ship date at no charge. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Membership is void where prohibited by law.
