Reach out to our Customer Support team during support hours with the following:
- Your order number (found on the packing slip)
- Details about the damage, defect, or wrong item
- A few photos to help us assess the issue:
- A close-up of the area of concern
- Two full shots of the product (side and overhead)
- A photo of the packaging or box
Please submit everything within 14 days of delivery.
Once we have what we need, we'll work to resolve things quickly. For transparency, we'll reach out to the purchaser to notify them of the issue and get their authorization before taking any action on their Goldbelly account. In most cases, our partners will be glad to reship your gift on the next available ship date.
