Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO boxes, and Amazon Hubs or Lockers at this time.
Goldbelly ships to residential addresses, businesses, venues, and apartment buildings. We do not recommend shipping to USPS facilities, UPS, or FedEx distribution centers which may result in the spoilage or disposal of the product.
Please note, UPS MyChoice - resources that allow you to schedule your delivery times - are only available for residential addresses (not commercial).
Shipping to Public Centers
If you are shipping your order to a hotel, venue, college or university, military base, or other public centers such as a hospital, make sure to include the name of the recipient, as well as the hotel/venue name in the address. Please note that delivery addresses with central mailrooms may not be able or willing to accept deliveries with perishable items or dry ice. Mailroom sorting and notification policies may result in a delay in your recipient being notified.
We encourage you to check with the delivery destination/recipient to confirm if perishable shipments can be accepted and let the destination know that a perishable shipment is on the way so they are aware. Goldbelly is not responsible for packages that are refused by venues.
Shipping to Businesses
If you are shipping to a business, please be aware of the business hours of the building. FedEx and UPS deliver between 8 am and 10 pm, and while carriers do their best to deliver commercial packages during business hours, Goldbelly cannot guarantee a time of delivery during a window of limited business hours.
