TLDR: Goldbelly can't ship to P.O. Boxes, APO boxes, or Amazon Hubs/Lockers. If you're shipping to hotels, venues, or schools, please check if they accept perishable packages. We can't guarantee a specific delivery window, delivery can occur anytime between 8am - 10pm, so please be aware when shipping to a business.
Great food deserves a proper landing spot. Everything we ship is perishable with either UPS or FedEx, so we're unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO boxes, or Amazon Hubs and Lockers. We ship to homes, businesses, venues, and apartment buildings — just not to USPS facilities or UPS/FedEx distribution centers.
One thing to know: UPS MyChoice — which lets you schedule a delivery window — is available for residential addresses only.
Sending to a Hotel, Venue, or Public Center?
Shipping to a hotel, venue, university, school hospital, or similar destination takes a little extra thought. Always include both the recipient's name and the property name in the address — it makes a real difference in getting food where it needs to go.
Please note that many of these locations have central mailrooms that aren't set up to handle perishables or dry ice, and may refuse the delivery. We recommend reaching out to the destination ahead of time to confirm they can accept a perishable delivery — and giving them a heads-up so someone's ready for it. Goldbelly is not responsible for packages refused by venues or for packages impacted by mailroom handling complications.
Sending to a Business?
If you're shipping to an office or commercial address, keep their hours in mind. FedEx and UPS deliver between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and while carriers do their best to deliver during business hours, we can't guarantee a specific window. A closed office at delivery time can mean delays that affect the food — so when in doubt, consider shipping to a home address instead.
