Once your package is in the hand of our partnering shipping carriers, we have no control over the time of delivery. If you know that you are not going to be home and are worried about them not leaving your package at your door, we strongly encourage you to schedule your delivery window directly with UPS via their UPS My Choice service.
Their Delivery Manager platform is flexible and allow you to schedule the delivery of your package within a short time frame to ensure you will never miss a package at your home again.
