Most Goldbelly deliveries don't require a signature — we want your food to arrive as seamlessly as possible. Carriers will typically leave your package at the door or a nearby area, though the final call is always theirs to make.
While most drivers will leave packages at your doorstep or a nearby area, in the event that a driver doesn't leave your package, here's what you can do:
- Call the carrier to arrange a same-day pickup at the nearest shipping location
- Log into your UPS My Choice account to set specific delivery instructions
- Wait for re-delivery the next business day
Carriers make up to three delivery attempts before returning a package, so a little planning goes a long way. Your estimated delivery window is listed on the product page — we always recommend making sure someone's around to receive it, especially for temperature-sensitive items. Adult Signature Required (21+)
Some orders — particularly those that include alcohol — require an adult signature (21+) at the door. Residential deliveries are made between 8am–10pm, so we recommend making sure someone of age is home and expecting the package that day.
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with your tracking number. You can use it to contact UPS directly and schedule a delivery window or nearby pickup that fits your schedule.
Please keep in mind that Goldbelly can't be responsible for packages that go undelivered because no one was available to sign. Once your order is in the carrier's hands, the timing is theirs to manage.
