Instructions/Storage
You can read the Instructions / Storage section on each product page to find out whether an item if it requires prep (i.e., ships frozen and/or deconstructed) or is ready to enjoy upon delivery. Also, the product page will outline if the item could arrive thawed or if it ships without coolant.
In most cases, it is normal for our frozen products to partially or fully thaw in transit. Our products that require refrigeration are safe to enjoy as long as they arrive cool to the touch.
In Transit
Most items ship frozen with dry ice or ice packs but can still thaw in transit.
Disposing of Dry Ice: Dry ice can be left outside on the sidewalk, and will usually dissipate quickly if exposed to the sun. Dry Ice can also be left in a sink or container if it's left in its plastic or paper wrappings to avoid damaging any surfaces. Please do not touch the dry ice.
