Goldbelly does not sell, offer to sell, or solicit the sale of alcohol. Instead, our e-commerce platform makes it easy for you to browse and discover alcohol and other products available from Licensed Retailers who partner with us — we're simply here to connect you with the right people.
Our service is not intended to facilitate any improper arrangements between alcohol beverage manufacturers, importers, suppliers, wholesalers, or distributors and retailers, or any exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. When you place an order, Goldbelly securely collects your payment information and passes both your order request and payment details to Cocktail Courier, who submits it to a Licensed Retailer for review. That retailer then decides whether to accept or decline your order. If accepted, your payment will be processed for the full purchase amount. If your order is declined — or if your payment method isn't accepted — no charge will be made and your order won't be processed.
