If you need to update a shipping address or change a delivery date, please reach out to our team at least 3 full days before your order is scheduled to ship — that's the window we need to work with our partner makers and get things sorted.
A few things worth knowing before you order:
- Review your shipping address at checkout and confirm your order confirmation email — that's the address your order will travel to. We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incomplete, invalid, or incorrect addresses.
- Address changes requested within 3 days of the ship date can't be guaranteed.
- Packages returned by the carrier unfortunately can't be reshipped.
