TLDR: Check your "Ships On" date in your confirmation email. If it's 3+ days away, log into your Goldbelly account to make changes from your My Orders history. If it's sooner, your order may already be in production and changes might not be able to be made.
We want every Goldbelly order to arrive exactly the way you imagined it. If something needs to change, here's how to make it happen.
Start by checking your "Ships On" date — you'll find it in your confirmation email. If that date is 3 or more days out, you can make updates directly from your Goldbelly account:
- Cancel your order — Follow these instructions
- Update your gift message — Follow these instructions
- Change your delivery date — Follow these instructions
If your "Ships On" date is 3 or fewer days away, your order has likely already entered production. If you are unable to modify your order directly on your Goldbelly account, it is because your order has already entered production.
